Production Management and Production Techniques

Production Equipment: There are four product lines according with GMP criterion in our company,which can be either independently operated or assemblied together. This advanced equipment is leading in extract industry and fully meet the requirment of production techniques about several plant extracts.

Production Management: Production& technology department has 3 million grades extract workshop, 0.3 million grades drying workshop, 0.3 million grades packaging workshop as well as other workshops taking charge of machine maintenance, energy supply and environmental protection. Now, we totally have 88 staff including one general manager, two vice-managers, three technicans, one statistics analyst as well as the other engineering and technological personnel those who have much experience about plant extract. GMP management criterion is applied to our prodcution mangement, which penetrate through the management in production procedure, production techniques, production sanitation, production quality and production schedules.

Production Techniques: Production techniques include the stipulation, the implementation and the improvement of production techniques. stipulation procedures can be divided into workable theoretics seminar, experiences on small scale, moderate scale and large scale. We implement the production techniques in conformity to GMP requirement and other requirement in production. Improvement refers to ameliorate and optimize production techniques continuously on the basic of comprehensive utilization of new technology,the implementation of production techniques and production statistics.

We regularly train the employees in Production& technology department and hold production techniques seminar to maintain the leading status of our personnel and production techniques.
